Processing Time

Because many of our products are custom made, processing times vary depending on the item ordered.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom & Personalized Items: Typically ship within 5–10 business days.
• Large Team or Bulk Orders: Processing times will be communicated at the time your order is placed.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery and pickup may be available for select areas. Available options will appear during checkout when applicable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, LillyBelle Designz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we're always happy to help guide you through the process.
