<p>Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.</p>

<p>By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and LillyBelle Designz, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
